1. Member Service Terms

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, and may pursue legal action if it violates relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
3. Members should regularly update their personal information (e.g., address, phone number) to ensure its accuracy and completeness. The Website may suspend or terminate your account if the provided information is incorrect or unverifiable, and deny continued service use.
4. The company will generally not disclose any personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except under certain data sharing principles (refer to the Website’s "Privacy Protection Statement").
5. Members must keep their passwords secure and not share them with others. All actions taken under a member's ID number and password will be considered as actions by the member and password holder.
6. If you suspect or discover unauthorized use of your ID number or password, notify the company immediately to take necessary precautions. However, this notification does not imply the company bears any responsibility or obligation for compensation or indemnification to the member.

5. Usage Behavior

1. All actions you take using the service must comply with local and international laws. You are solely responsible for all actions taken.
2. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or in any illegal manner. You must comply with relevant laws and Internet regulations and refrain from using the service to infringe on others' rights or conduct illegal activities.
3. 4. The company will notify members appropriately before system interruptions or suspensions due to foreseeable hardware and software maintenance work.

12. Termination of Membership and Company Notification Obligations

1. The company reserves the right to change the content of the services or terminate any member account service.
2. Members wishing to terminate their membership can notify the company via email or use the provided mechanism to cancel. The company will promptly delete your membership data.
3. Members must notify the company of their decision to cancel membership. From the effective date of termination (as determined by the company's email notification), members will lose all benefits and rights provided by the service.
4. To prevent malicious loss of member rights, the company will confirm the member’s request to cancel membership via email before proceeding with the termination.
