Delivery Methods
Partnered Logistics Services:
- Home Delivery: Black Cat (Yamato Transport), HCT Logistics (available only for Taiwan Main Island)
- Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available for both Taiwan Main Island and Offshore Islands)
Delivery Times and Regions:
Home Delivery:
- Delivery Time: 1-3 days
- Applicable Regions: Taiwan Main Island
Convenience Store Pickup:
- Delivery Time: 3-5 days
- Applicable Regions: Taiwan Main Island
Postal Delivery (Offshore Regions):
- Delivery Time: 3-5 days
- Applicable Regions: Taiwan Offshore Islands
Shipping Instructions
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding the day of order placement), not including weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. There will be no deliveries on weekends or holidays.
- During peak holiday seasons or in the event of unforeseen natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.
- For Home Delivery: Actual delivery schedules depend on the route planned by the delivery driver.
- For Convenience Store Pickup: Please monitor your SMS notifications for pickup information. Once the item arrives, ensure you pick it up within the specified period set by the convenience store. Failure to do so and causing loss of shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
