Returns and Exchanges Policy

Product Inspection Period

You have a 7-day inspection period (including weekends) starting from the date the product arrives at your hands, during which you can evaluate the product. However, the inspection period does not apply to products that are perishable, have short shelf lives (e.g., items that will expire soon upon return/cancellation), current periodicals or magazines, opened personal hygiene products, and other items listed under the "Guidelines on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions."

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide the following details: your name, order number, contact phone number, name of the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the product. Once our customer service receives this information, they will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Guidelines

Returned products must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. The 7-day inspection period under the Consumer Protection Act allows you to decide if the product meets your needs, but it is not a trial period. If our store has advised you, please retain the original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Without the original packaging, returns will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is returned after the 7-day inspection period.
  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., stains, faults, damages, wear, scratches, or dirt).
  • The packaging of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or if the invoice or accessories are missing.
  • Malicious or excessive returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service.
  2. Confirm eligibility for return.
  3. Prepare the complete product and invoice.
  4. Provide your preferred collection time, contact information, and address.
  5. The logistics service designated by the store will collect the item.

Refund Instructions

  • Credit Card Payments: After confirming a successful return, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card account. This process takes approximately 14 days.
  • Cash on Delivery: After confirming a successful return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide. This process takes approximately 14 days.

Exchange Guidelines

Exchanged products must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. If our store has advised you, please retain the original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Without the original packaging, exchanges will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

If you and the store agree to handle the situation through an exchange, please process the return under the original order and place a new order in the store. Our company will only issue invoices and charge or refund any differences. If there is no price difference, no additional processing will be required.
